1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Study Networks ("the Platform", "studynetworks.net"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Who Can Use the Platform

You must be at least 13 years old to register.
Institutes must be legally registered entities in Pakistan or internationally.
You must provide accurate and truthful registration information.
One account per person or organisation. Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited.

3. Tutors and Educators

Tutors are responsible for the accuracy of their listed qualifications, experience, and subjects.
Tutors must complete identity verification to receive the Verified badge.
Verified status does not constitute endorsement by Study Networks.
Fee information, availability, and contact details must be kept up to date.

4. Institutes and Organisations

Institute profiles require platform admin approval before becoming publicly visible.
Institutes must only post accurate and non-misleading information about their programmes and fees.
Institutes are solely responsible for the accuracy of any advertised courses, admissions criteria, or fee structures.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Impersonate any person or organisation.
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or other users' accounts.
Use the Platform to send spam, unsolicited communications, or advertisements outside designated channels.
Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without written permission.
Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

6. Disclaimer of Liability — Fraud & Misleading Activity

Study Networks is a neutral connection platform. We do not guarantee, verify (beyond stated verification), or warrant the quality, safety, or legality of any tutor's services, institute's programmes, or any content posted by users.

Study Networks expressly disclaims all liability for any fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or illegal activity conducted by any user, tutor, or institute on or through the Platform.

Users transact, communicate, and engage with each other entirely at their own risk. Study Networks shall not be held responsible for any financial loss, harm, or damage arising from user interactions facilitated by this platform.

If you are defrauded or harmed, report it to abuse@studynetworks.net and to the FIA Cyber Crime Wing at fia.gov.pk.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post (profile information, photos, bios). By posting, you grant Study Networks a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your content on the Platform. We do not claim ownership of your content.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete any account that:

Violates these Terms.
Posts false or misleading information.
Engages in abusive behaviour toward other users.
Remains inactive for more than 24 months (with prior notice).

You may request account deletion at any time from your profile settings.

9. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to external websites. Study Networks is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services of any third-party websites.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
