Study Networks is a free, non-profit educational platform connecting students, tutors, and institutes across Pakistan. Our mission is to make quality education accessible by providing a trusted directory of verified institutes, a marketplace for qualified tutors, and an education-sector jobs portal.

Click "Register" in the top menu and choose your role — Student, Tutor, or Institute. Enter your name, email, and password (or continue with Google), then verify your email. Student and tutor accounts are ready instantly; institute registrations are reviewed by our admin team and approved within 24–48 hours.

Yes — Study Networks is free for everyone. Browsing, registering, creating a profile, messaging, applying for jobs, and posting inquiries all come at no cost, for students, tutors, and institutes alike. You only pay if you choose to upgrade to a premium "Pro" plan, which unlocks optional extras such as unlimited messaging, featured listing, area discovery, and resume downloads. Upgrading is entirely optional — the core platform remains free. See our Pricing page for full plan details.

Tutors can upgrade to Pro Tutor, students to Pro Student, and institutes can choose Growth, Professional, or a custom Enterprise plan. Each tier unlocks more messaging, job postings, analytics, and visibility features. Compare all plans on the Pricing page.

Yes. Anyone can read articles on our Blog. Tutors, students, and institutes with an account can also write and submit their own posts from their dashboard — each is reviewed before it goes live.

Yes — click "Continue with Google" on the Sign In or Register page for a faster, password-free sign-in.

Use our Report an Issue page to flag bugs, incorrect listings, or any concerns. You can attach a screenshot and we'll review it within 48 hours. You can also email us at info@studynetworks.net.

We have strong coverage in Faisalabad, Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, and Peshawar. We are rapidly expanding — if your city isn't listed, you can still register. We add cities based on demand.

Our admin team manually verifies institute registrations and tutor profiles before marking them "Verified". For institutes this includes checking their legitimacy; for tutors it may include CNIC or document checks. Verified profiles get better visibility in search.

Click Sign Up and select "Institute". Fill in your details and submit. Our admin team reviews applications within 24–48 hours and you'll receive an email once approved.

Your profile supports: name, type, description, established year, gender policy, affiliation, location, contact details, WhatsApp, website, social media links, a photo gallery, courses/programs, and admission status. A complete profile improves search visibility.

Dashboard → Jobs → Post a Job. Fill in the title, description, requirements, job type, salary, and deadline. Once submitted it goes to admin for review. Approved jobs appear publicly within 24 hours.

Yes. Once approved, you can invite members with roles such as Institute Admin, Branch Manager, or Staff. Each role has specific permissions for managing the profile, inquiries, and members.

Visitors can send admission inquiries from your public profile. These appear in your dashboard under Inquiries. You can update the status (new / in review / responded / closed) and add comments to track each inquiry.

Toggle visibility from your profile settings to hide from public search while keeping your data. To permanently delete, submit a deletion request from your dashboard — our admin processes it within 7 days.

Yes. Beyond the default Owner role, you can create custom roles from Dashboard → Roles with specific permissions — for example, a role limited to managing jobs, blog posts, or inquiries only. Assign these to staff when inviting them.

Yes. Create events such as open days, seminars, or workshops from your dashboard. Published events appear on your public profile's Events tab and on the site-wide Events page.

The free Starter plan covers a basic profile. Growth and Professional add job postings, featured listing, analytics, and a portal for managing branches and staff. Enterprise is a custom plan with white-labelling and API access. See Pricing for the full comparison.

Register or sign in, then go to your dashboard and click "Become a Tutor". Fill in your headline, bio, subjects, qualifications, experience, and location. You can also upload a CV/Resume and add social links. Your profile goes live once you activate it.

In your profile settings, toggle "Show phone number publicly". If disabled, your phone AND WhatsApp are both hidden from your public profile. Your email is never shown publicly — contact goes through our secure messaging form.

Dashboard → Jobs to browse positions matched to your preferences. Click any job and submit your application with an optional cover letter. Track all applications under Jobs → My Applications.

From an institute's public profile, send a join request. The institute admin will review and accept or decline. Once accepted, you appear in their tutor listing, boosting your profile visibility.

A "Verified" badge means our admin team has confirmed your identity and credentials. Verified tutors rank higher in search and are more trusted by institutes. Submit verification documents from your dashboard.

Yes — enable "Resume downloadable" in your profile settings after uploading a CV. This is a Pro Tutor feature; on the Free plan your resume can still be uploaded but isn't downloadable from your public profile.

Yes. From your dashboard, go to Blog → Write a Post. Share study tips, subject guides, or teaching insights — each post is reviewed before it appears publicly on the Blog.

No — browsing is fully public. You can search institutes, tutors, and jobs without registering. However, to apply for jobs, send messages, submit inquiries, or write reviews, you'll need a free account.

After registering, go to your dashboard and click "Create Student Profile". Add your education history, subjects of interest, bio, and preferred location. A complete profile helps institutes and tutors find you.

Go to Jobs from the navigation or your dashboard. Browse opportunities and click "Apply". Write an optional cover letter. Track your applications under Jobs → My Applications where you'll see status updates from the institute.

Yes. From a tutor's public profile, scroll to the "Send a Message" card. You must be logged in to send. The tutor receives it in their inbox. Phone and WhatsApp are visible only if the tutor has made them public.

Scroll to the bottom of any public profile page. A "Write a Review" form appears if you're logged in. Reviews are moderated before appearing publicly to ensure they are genuine and constructive.

Visit any institute's public profile and use the inquiry form to ask about admissions, fees, or programs. The institute sees it in their dashboard and can respond directly — you'll get a notification whenever they update its status.

Visit the institute's public profile and send a join request. The institute admin reviews it and can accept or decline. Track the status of your request from your dashboard under Institute Requests.

Pro Student adds area discovery and priority visibility so tutors and institutes in your preferred locations can find you more easily. Core features — browsing, messaging, and job applications — remain free either way. See Pricing for details.

Yes. From your dashboard, go to Blog → Write a Post to share your experiences, study tips, or advice for other students. Each post is reviewed before it appears publicly on the Blog.

Open any job listing and click "Apply" — you can attach an optional cover letter. Your application goes straight to the institute, and you can track its status (New, Viewed, Waiting, Selected, or Not Selected) anytime under Jobs → My Applications.

Only registered and approved institutes can post jobs. This ensures all listings are from verified educational organisations. Each posting is also reviewed by our admin team before going live.

Both tutors and students with a registered account can apply. Some jobs specify "Tutors only" or "Students only" — set by the institute when posting. All others accept applications from everyone.

Our admin team reviews new postings within 24 hours on business days. If rejected, you'll see the reason in your dashboard and can edit and re-submit.

In your dashboard under Jobs, a "Job Preferences" panel lets you enter preferred cities and areas (comma-separated). Jobs from those locations then appear first automatically, without searching every time.

Go to Jobs → My Applications. Each shows a status badge updated by the institute: New, Viewed, Waiting, Selected, or Not Selected. Check back regularly as institutes review candidates.

Free tutor accounts include a limited number of monthly job applications; upgrading to Pro Tutor removes this limit. Student accounts currently have no monthly application limit.

Once the deadline passes, the posting is automatically removed from public listings. Applications you already submitted remain visible to the institute for review.

Institutes can choose to mark salary as negotiable instead of listing an exact range. In that case the amount is discussed directly with shortlisted candidates rather than shown publicly.

Go to Sign In and click "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email address and submit — we'll send a password reset link to your inbox, valid for 60 minutes. Open the link, then enter and confirm a new password (minimum 8 characters, with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number). Once submitted, you're redirected to the Sign In page to log in with your new password. If the link expires, simply request a new one the same way.

Your WhatsApp number follows the same "Show phone number publicly" toggle in your profile settings. Keep it off and both your phone and WhatsApp stay hidden from your public profile — visitors can only reach you through our secure in-app messaging. Turn it on anytime to display both.

Yes. Your email and phone are never shown publicly unless you explicitly enable them. We do not sell your data to third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

Request profile deletion from your dashboard settings — admin processes it within 7 days. For full account deletion email info@studynetworks.net from your registered address.

After you register, we send a verification link to your email address. Click it to confirm you own the address — your account then moves to "Pending Approval" while our admin team reviews it, which is usually completed within 24–48 hours. Once approved, you get full access to your dashboard. Institutes and tutors can additionally submit documents from their dashboard for a separate "Verified" profile badge, which is reviewed manually and boosts visibility in search.

Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, sign in and you'll see a prompt to resend the verification email. Still not working? Email info@studynetworks.net with your registered address.

Yes! One account can hold both profiles simultaneously — useful if you teach part-time while still studying. Switch between them from your dashboard.

Yes. Click "Continue with Google" on the Sign In page to skip the password entirely — useful if you'd rather not manage another password.

For security, repeated failed login attempts trigger a short cooldown period. Wait a few minutes and try again, or use "Forgot Password" to reset your credentials if you're unsure of your password.
