Can I start for free?
Yes. All institute, tutor, and student accounts start on the free tier. No credit card required to register.
How do I upgrade?
Log in to your dashboard, go to Subscription → View Plans, and choose the plan that fits you. You can pay via JazzCash, Easypaisa, card, or bank transfer.
What is the annual discount?
Paying annually saves you approximately 17% compared to monthly billing. Annual plans are billed once per year.
Can I get a custom package?
Yes. Contact us for the Enterprise plan or for special institutional discounts. Our team can assign any custom package manually.
Is there a student portal on all plans?
No. The student portal (classes, assignments, notes) is only available on the Professional and Enterprise plans for institutes.
What happens when my plan expires?
Your account reverts to the Starter (free) tier. Your profile and data are preserved — you simply lose access to premium features until you renew.
Are refunds available?
We offer a 7-day refund policy for first-time subscribers. Contact support within 7 days of payment. Manual bank transfer payments are verified by our team before activation.
Can I manage multiple organizations?
Yes. A single Study Networks account can be a member of multiple organizations. Each organization has its own subscription.
